It is difficult to put into words how wonderful this office is. Recently, I was helping a friend who needed a dermatologist for a medical situation. The day I called, the gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer. I was afraid it would be awkward since I was not the patient, but I had enough information about my friend and was able to book a visit with Dr. W. I had to call the office a few times after that, and everyone with whom I spoke was so kind and caring. So many doctors’ offices do not realize that the first point of phone contact so often sets the tone for how the office is run. The whole experience once again proved that to be true. A relative took my friend to the appointment and came back with rave reviews about the office and Dr. W. She said Dr. W was so kind and caring and went above and beyond to help my friend. That made him feel very much at ease. I highly recommend Dr. W and this amazing office.

If every medical office was as knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, I wouldn’t mind going nearly as much. Each time I have a seat in the waiting room, I barely have time to pull my phone out of my pocket before my name is called. I have seen both doctors and the PA. They are unequivocally experts in their field and are the most caring, compassionate people one could hope to meet. It doesn’t stop there- from setting an appointment through the check- in and check-out processes the staff display an enormous amount of both respect and capability. In as much as an appointment with a doctor can be enjoyable- this office and staff set the bar extremely high!

I like Z Rock Dermatology because every time I have an appointment there I get treated very friendly! My doctor Khonnie Is very thorough and it's NOT like get in, get out, which is very important to me. She takes her time and tries to know you as a person! I am very happy to have found ZRock :)

Hopefully the elevator and interior of building office is in will be fixed for safety and those who are less ambulatory than I. Otherwise staff was courteous and efficient. Dr Matthew? was very personable and professional.

I have never experienced a medical treatment service office as great as this one. From the moment you walk into the waiting area you are greeted with a pleasant and friendly environment and quick service. The staff are so professional yet warm and service oriented. But the most important reason to go here is the treatment providers. Dr Z is amazing! I feel so safe and comfortable with his guidance and love the results of his treatment. When you are looking to treat your face you need someone you can trust one hundred percent. And this is what you will find here! Whether medical or cosmetic, ZROC is outstanding!

Dr. Zarraga is outstanding how he treats patients; one of my best and favorite doctors. The practice is wonderful, never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Staff is energetic and very courteous.

This place is amazing. They do such a good job getting people in. They’re flexible if you run a couple minutes late, not that they encourage it but I’ve had offices turned me down for being late due to traffic in this area. The doctors are all so good at what they do!

I saw Dr. Wongkittiroch initially. She is so kind! I'm Filipino & Vietnamese, it was refreshing to hear a dermatologist explain how acne scars heal on my skin type. Also saw physician assistant Matthew for an acute issue and was seen the same day - very thorough and kind. The providers have great staff helping run the show.
